We are also Mobile! CHP offers mobille wound care services by licensed NP’s and dressing changes by nursing staff at home nursing facilities or hospice. Also available is mobile lab testing and screening, home TB tests for home bound patients, wellness programs for groups, CPR and disease specific training to families or groups. Ask about group DOT Exams.

We also specialize in wellness services like concierge lab draws, DOT Exams, annual well patient exams, and employment physicals and DOT drug screening. Medical weight loss with and without injections for lifestyle maintenance as well as health status “snap shots” to have an idea of where your health is headed. Crescent offers so much more! Our goal is to get you working, keep you working and keep you healthy at work. Ask if you have any questions about services like IV hydration therapy and paternity testing. Our goal is to see you thrive and be a healthier, happier you !! While Crescent Health Partners is not an urgent care, we offer many of the same-day services offered by urgent care.
